Pressure Applied Investment Group was started to help investors grow their wealth through multifamily real estate investments in emerging markets across the United States and maximize their returns by implementing value-add opportunities and increase overall profitability.

Suppose you have some capital and you want to invest that capital into real estate, but you don't know how to identify a good property and don't necessarily want to be a landlord. Pressure Applied Investment Group does all the leg work for you so that you could benefit from owning real estate without having to deal with the hassles of management. We partner your money with other investors and oversee everything from finding and buying the property, guaranteeing the loan, creating and implementing the business plan, and then eventually we will sell the property. This allows us all as a group to buy the biggest and best properties, primarily apartment buildings, that none of us would be able to buy on our own.
